It’ll Be Joy

When I leave this world of sorrow
Living in a land of bright tomorrow
It’ll be joy when I get home
Never more to say goodbye
Gonna have a meeting in the sky
It’ll be joy when I get home

Oh it’ll be joy,
When we finally see our Savior face to face
Oh it’ll be joy,
There we’ll sing the song of sweet amazing grace
Over in a land of beauty rare
I can hardly wait till I get there
It’ll be joy when I get home

Just a step inside the gates
Where the joy of God awaits
It’ll be joy when I get home
I’ll have a mansion built for me
Living through eternity
It’ll be joy when I get home

I’m Thinking Of A Mansion

Precious thoughts that fill my morning
As the sun begins to shine
Lovely visions of my homeland
Are getting closer all the time

And I am thinking of a mansion
And I am dreaming of a home
There’ll be endless celebration
And I’m thinking it won’t be long

Life is grand but it’s a vapor
One day soon you’ll find me gone
But I won’t leave my friends here grieving
For they’ll just know, that I’ve moved on home

A Love That Would't Die

I Bring You Forgiveness

You’ve read my story; I was the one who was crippled
I wanted to walk, but I knew I’d never be able
I had dreams of running through the beautiful hills
But, woke up to realize I never Will
Forever helpless, lying so quiet and still

That’s when my friends determined to take me to Jesus
But the house was so full, there’d be no way He could see us
Through a hole in the roof, they lowered my bed
When I looked in His eyes, here’s what He said,
You’ve come for healing, but I give you something instead!

I bring you forgiveness
I bring you righteousness
Receive your deliverance
Cause I bring you life forevermore
Stand up for redemption
And walk in salvation
I give you all of this
I bring you forgiveness

Just like that man, you see, I too have a story
I was crippled by sin, needing a touch of God’s glory
My friends came and told me that He was the way
So I asked Him to help me, that’s all I could pray
But, praise God He heard me, and this is what I heard Him say!

He’s Leading The Way

When Moses led the children out of pharaohs’ land
They knew that God would guide them with his
Almighty hand
God drove the water back so they could
cross on dry land
They cried our God is leading the way

Leading the way, (He guides my footsteps everyday)
Leading the way, (He keeps walk-in the straight and narrow way)
Leading the way, (Through the night till the light of day)
Leading the way, (To the land of eternal stay)
Our God is leading the way

Sometimes the road of life seems so ruff and long
We don’t feel like striving to keep pressing on
But when we follow God he’ll keep us marching on
Our God is leading the way

Mercy Stepped In

I had no righteousness to call my own
No worthiness to bow before His throne
Though I’d lived a life trying to do right
I was still so far from perfect in God’s eyes
There was nothing I could do
To take away my guilt and shame
And justice said my death
Was the price I’d have to pay

Mercy stepped in and stood in my place
Mercy saw my need and covered me with grace
And old rugged cross was the sentence I deserved
Yet I was spared the penalty of sin
When mercy stepped in

God knows the road you’ve walked
He knows your heart
No matter where you’ve been or who you are
When He hears your cry
He’ll draw you to His side
And I know the sweet forgiveness you will find
For when I was still a prisoner
Bound by earthly chains
God in His great love
Came and tore them all away

Someday I’ll stand in Heaven
Just outside the pearly gates
When they ask why I should enter I will say

Sing For You

We welcome you here as our honored guest
And ask you to fill us with your presence
Receive our worship from Hearts made new
As we lift up our voices to sing for you
We will lift up our voices to sing for you

You’re the Lord of creation, the ancient of days
With love you have shown us your mercy and grace
To worship before you is all we can do
So we join all of Heaven to sing for you
We will join all of Heaven to sing for you

Worthy, the one who was slain
Worthy is the Lamb
Praises unto your name
We sing for you
O great I am

We’ve come as your people to praise you again
To sing you a new song from deep within
We worship you Father in spirit and truth
And with all that is in us we sing for you
And with all that is in us we sing for you

Lord we have come to give you this hour
Blessing and honor glory and power
For you are King forevermore

I’m So Glad I Know The Lord

One day at an old time altar
I called upon the Lord in prayer
Then I trusted in the name of Jesus Christ
He met me there
And his grace has been sufficient
Just has He promised to me
Truly He has been my most precious friend
And forever He will be

I’m so glad that I know the Lord
I’m so glad I believe His word
He is walking close beside me
And His hand will always guide me
Till I reach my home
I’m so glad that He came to me
From the shackles He set me free
I’m so happy I’m rejoicing
And along the way I’m voicing
That I know, I know the Lord

What a blessed hope he gave us
Just before He went away
In his word He said be faithful
For I’m coming back someday
I’ll reward each one according
To the work, He has done
So it’s plain to see, why I’m happy
For the best is yet to come

Daddy’s Knees

Slowly He shuffled, in Holey old shoes
Worn out on feet, that carried good news
Like an angel from Heaven, yet only a man
Holding his bible in trembling hands

Hoping His family would follow Him home
He’d kneel by His bed, at the gate to the throne
And there in the presence of God, He would weep
And pray for us all until He fell asleep

My Daddy’s knees, so precious to me
They grew old, praying for souls
He could touch Heaven, from here on His knees
I know, I know, He touched Heaven, for me

With His pockets empty and His heart full of faith
He finished the very last mile of His race
Leaving His body, so tired and bent
There on the floor where His life had been spent

Now He has a mansion, His streets paved with gold
And I am an heir to those riches untold
I’m holding the hand, once nailed to a tree
And my daddy’s prayers have been answered, you see

God Can And He Will

We all know the power, of our mighty God
We can see His handy work, in this earth we trod
But there is a problem, that’s holding us back still
We all know God can but we must believe He Will

God can and He will, help you climb the highest hill
God can and He will, whisper peace be still
He has the power in His hand
It’s His will for you to stand
Demos flee at His command
God can and He will

It’s the will of our God, for us to overcome
It’s His will for us to reach, that Heavenly home
He will work in us, His word He will fulfill
We all know God can; now lets all believe He will

God can and He will, every promise He’ll fulfill
You will find His love is real
God can and He will, and He will

God Will Hear Your Prayer

If He cares enough to send the rain to the tiny seeds below
And brings forth the rays of sunlight to sustain them as they grow
If He loves to hear the wind sing, and watch the sparrows fill the air
I know God will hear your prayer

God will hear your prayer
Though at times you feel forsaken
And it seems no one is there
Keep trusting and believing
That your burden He will bear
God will hear your prayer
I know God will hear your prayer

He heard the praying thief that day from the cross He hung beside
Though suffering such agony, He gave him paradise
Then He heard your cry and saved you, just to show how much He cares
Surely, God will hear your prayer
